Akut pulmoner embolide kateter aracılı trombolitik tedavi ve Virginia Henderson modeli ile hemşirelik bakımı: Olgu sunumu

Abstract

Akut pulmoner emboli pulmoner arter veya dallarını tıkayan trombüs nedeniyle ortaya çıkan acil bir durumdur. Klinik bulguları tıkanıklığın olduğu bölgeye göre değişmektedir ve şok ya da ani ölümlere kadar değişiklik gösterebilmektedir. Pulmoner emboli tedavisinde medikal tedavilerin yanı sıra kateter aracılı girişimsel teknikler de önemli bir yer tutmaya başlamıştır. Bu teknikler arasında sık kullanılan yöntemlerden biri ultrason ile hızlandırılmış trombolitik tedavi yöntemidir. Bu çalışmada akut pulmoner emboli ön tanısıyla Kalp ve Damar Cerrahi Yoğun Bakım Servisinde takibe alınan ve ultrason ile hızlandırılmış trombolitik tedavi uygulanan hastanın hemşirelik bakım planının Virginia Henderson Modeli’ ne göre sunulması amaçlanmaktadır.

Acute pulmonary embolism is an emergency problem that occurs as a result of thrombus blocking the pulmonary artery or its branches. Clinical findings vary according to the area of obstruction and may range from shock or sudden death. In the treatment of pulmonary embolism, catheter-mediated interventional techniques have started to take an important place in addition to medical treatments. Among these techniques, one of the frequently used methods is accelerated thrombolytic therapy with ultrasound. In this study, it is aimed to present the nursing care plan of the patient who was followed up in the Cardiovascular Surgery Intensive Care Service with the prediagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism and underwent ultrasound accelerated thrombolytic therapy, according to the Virginia Henderson Model.
