Sağlık sektörü çalışanlarının yapay zekâ kullanım eğilimleri: Bir araştırma

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Türkiye genelindeki sağlık sektörü çalışanlarının yapay zekâ (YZ) teknolojilerine yönelik tutumlarını incelemektir. Çalışmada, sağlık çalışanlarının görev tanımlarına göre YZ'ye yönelik olumlu ve olumsuz eğilimleri analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular, doktorların YZ'ye karşı daha olumlu bir tutum sergilediğini, hemşireler, teknikerler ve memurlar gibi bazı meslek gruplarında ise daha düşük seviyede olumlu tutumlar gözlemlendiğini göstermektedir. Bu sonuçlar, YZ'nin sağlık sektöründe yaygınlaştırılması için farklı meslek gruplarına yönelik özelleştirilmiş eğitim ve farkındalık programlarının önemini vurgulamaktadır. Araştırmanın sonunda, sağlık hizmetlerinde yapay zekanın entegrasyonunu destekleyici stratejiler geliştirilmesine yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.

The aim of this study is to examine the attitudes of health sector employees in Turkey towards artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. In the study, the positive and negative tendencies of healthcare workers towards AI were analyzed according to their job descriptions. The findings show that doctors have a more positive attitude towards AI, while some occupational groups such as nurses, technicians and civil servants have lower levels of positive attitudes. These results emphasize the importance of customized training and awareness programs for different professional groups for the dissemination of AI in the healthcare sector. At the end of the study, recommendations for developing strategies to support the integration of AI in healthcare services are presented.
