Obsesif kompulsif belirtiler ve tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkide öz şefkatin düzenleyici rolü

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı obsesif kompulsif belirtiler, tükenmişlik ve öz şefkat arasındaki ilişkileri incelemektir. 397 yetişkin katılımcıdan oluşan örneklem, kolayda örnekleme yoluyla belirlenmiştir. Katılımcıların obsesif kompulsif belirtilerini ölçmek için Padua Envanteri-Revize, tükenmişlik belirtilerini ölçmek için Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği, öz şefkat düzeylerini ölçmek için Öz Duyarlık ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin birbiri arasındaki ilişkiyi analizi etmek için Pearson Korelasyon analizi ve Basit Doğrusal Regresyon analizi, düzenleyici rol analizi için Hayes'in (2018) geliştirdiği Process Makro uzantısı uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre obsesif kompulsif belirtiler ve tükenmişlik arasında anlamlı ve pozitif, obsesif kompulsif belirtiler ve öz şefkat arasında anlamlı ve negatif, tükenmişlik ve öz şefkat arasında anlamlı ve negatif ilişki olduğu görülmüştür. Düzenleyici rol analizi bulgularına göre obsesif kompulsif belirtiler ve tükenmişlik arasındaki ilişkide öz şefkatin düzenleyici rolünün olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır. İstatiksel analizlerden elde edilen bulgular literatür ışığında tartışılmıştır.

The purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between obsessive compulsive symptoms, burnout, and self-compassion. The sample consisted of 397 adult participants and was created through convenience sampling. The Padua Inventory-Revised was used to measure participants obsessive compulsive symptoms, the Maslach Burnout Inventory was used to measure burnout symptoms, and the Self-Compassion Scale was used to measure levels of self compassion. Pearson correlation analysis and Simple Linear Regression analysis were employed to analyze the relationships between the scales, and the Process Macro extension developed by Hayes (2018) was applied to investigate the moderating role. According to the findings of the study, there was a significant and positive relationship between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and burnout, a significant and negative relationship between obsessive compulsive symptoms and self-compassion, and a significant and negative relationship between burnout and self-compassion. The results of the moderation analysis indicated that self-compassion did not play a moderating role in the relationship between obsessive-compulsive symptoms and burnout. The findings obtained from the statistical analysis were discussed in light of the literature.
