Abstract

Introduction In today's world where competition is intense, the need for innovation increases day by day. When the innovative culture is evaluated in terms of sustainability, profitability and growth for the organizations of the modern economy, it is seen that it has become a vital phenomenon. In this context, environmental changes create opportunities for innovation. As a result, businesses need to enter new markets, creating opportunities to survive. New technologies that accelerate environmental change, horten product lifetimes by changing customer needs, and with this rapid change, competition between companies increases with the elimination of borders. For the realization of innovations, it is necessary to focus on organizational culture, creating an innovative environment and how to create a cultural structure and which type of organizational culture is more suitable for innovation.
