Toplam kalite yönetiminin tedarik zinciri yönetimi üzerindeki etkisi

Abstract

Amaç: Sağlık hizmetlerinde Toplam Kalite Yönetimi (TKY) ve Tedarik Zinciri Yönetim (TZY) süreçlerine dayalı bütünleştirici bir sistem, sağlık hizmetlerinin tüm süreçlerinin verimli bir şekilde ilerlemesine yardımcı olabilir. Bu amaç doğrultusunda bu çalışma, TKY’nin TZY üzerindeki etkisini incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Yöntem: Bu amaca ilişkin veri toplama aracı olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini İstanbul ilinde faaliyet gösteren özel hastanelerde görev yapan sağlık çalışanları oluşturmaktadır. Kolayda örnekleme yöntemiyle 211 veri elde edilmiştir. Bu araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS for Windows 22.00 ve AMOS 24.0 programı yardımıyla analiz edilmiştir. Değişkenler arasındaki farklılaşma ve ilişkiler yapısal eşitlik modeli ile ortaya konulmuştur. Bulgular: Bu araştırma sonucunda TKY’nin TZY ve alt boyutlarına, anlamlı ve pozitif yönde etkisi olduğu görülmüştür. TKY uygulamaları TZY’nin etkinliğini artırabilir. Ayrıca TKY’nin, TZY’ni oluşturan talep ve sipariş, planlama, satın alma, stok yönetimi, depo yönetimi, sevkiyat ve dağıtım, tedarikçilerle ilişkiler boyutlarında etkinliğini artırdığı görülmüştür. Özgünlük: Akademik literatürde sağlık kurumlarında TKY’nin TZY üzerinde etkisini inceleyen çalışmaların yeterli olmaması sebebi ile bu çalışma bir özgünlük sağlamaktadır.

Purpose: An integrative system based on Total Quality Management (TQM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes in healthcare can help all processes of healthcare to proceed efficiently. For this purpose, this study aims to examine the effect of TQM on SCM. Methodology: Survey method was used as a data collection tool for this purpose. The universe of the study consists of health workers working in private hospitals operating in İstanbul. 211 data were obtained by convenience sampling method. The data obtained in this study were analyzed with the help of SPSS for Windows 22.00 and AMOS 24.0 programs. The differentiation and relationships between the variables are revealed by the structural equation model. Findings: As a result of this research, it was seen that the effect of TQM on SCM and its sub-dimensions had a significant and positive effect. TQM applications may increase the effectiveness of SCM. In addition, it has been seen that TQM has increased its effectiveness in the dimensions of demand and ordering, planning, purchasing, stock management, warehouse management, shipment and distribution, and relations with suppliers, which constitute SCM. Originality: In the academic literature, studies examining the effect of TQM on SCM in health institutions are not sufficient and provide an originality in this sense.
